The beatles play the Casbah club.

The beatles appear at the Odeon Taunton on the Helen Shapiro Tour.

The Hard days night recording sessions continue with I should have known better and I love her
Vee Jay records in America release an LP of the Beatles and Frank Ifield called JOLLY WHAT.

The release of the LP Hey Jude in America.

1943

George Harrison is born at 12 Arnold GroveWavertree Liverpool. Father Harold Harrison - Mother Louise Harrison.

1961

George celebrated his 18th Birthday with the rest of The Beatles by playing two gigs this evening. The first was another appearence at the Aintree Institute in Aintree, followed by another repeat perfomance at Lathom Hall in Seaforth.

1963

The Beatles release their first American Single - Please Please Me - Released on Vee - Jay Records. The groups name is spelt incorrectly on the Label as The Beattles.

1964

George Harrisons 21st Birthday.

The Beatles begin recording the tracks for their first movie - A Hard Days Night. The first two tracks recorded are "Cant buy me Love" and "You can't do that"

Walter Strach threw a birthday party for George but when he finds the press there George attacks the cake and walks out.

1965

The Beatles are in the Bahamas filming a film with the title Eight Arms to hold you which will eventually become "HELP!"

1966

George and Pattie return to London from their honeymoon in the Caribean Islands.

George Martins wife demands a divorce

Northern Songs Limited buys Sweco Music Corp and Cole & Gole Music, music publishing companies.

1968

George celebrates another birthday, this time with the Maharishi and his disciples. The Maharishi presents George with a plastic map of the world.

Beatles begin recording Abbey Road
